The cost of disconnected work

When your tools are disconnected, your projects are too.

Growing construction teams often manage estimates, schedules, procurement, and field operations across disconnected tools. Buildiante brings those workflows together so decisions stay connected from estimate to execution.

The problem

Disconnected work creates blind spots

When critical project information is spread across spreadsheets, messages, documents, and disconnected systems, teams spend more time finding information and less time acting on it.

Estimating lives in spreadsheets

BOQs, revisions, and cost assumptions are difficult to keep aligned as projects evolve.

Coordination happens everywhere

Email, WhatsApp, calls, and scattered documents make it difficult to know what was agreed and when.

Procurement loses context

Purchase orders, receipts, invoices, and approvals often live in separate workflows.

Field updates arrive late

Site diaries, incidents, punch lists, and approvals can become disconnected from project decisions.

The project lifecycle is disconnected

Estimate → tender → procurement → execution becomes a chain of handoffs instead of one connected workflow.

The Buildiante way

One connected project workflow

Buildiante connects the workflows behind your projects, giving your team one shared context from the first estimate through procurement, execution, and project controls.

1

Estimate with confidence

Create BOQs from PDFs and BIM measurements with AI-assisted drafting for a faster first pass.

2

Plan and control schedules

Build Gantt schedules with dependencies and critical-path visibility.

3

Run structured tenders

Share scoped, expiring bid links and compare submissions side by side.

4

Connect procurement to the project

Manage the PO lifecycle with goods receipts, invoices, and three-way matching.

5

Keep the field in sync

Capture daily diaries, incidents, punch lists, and controlled approvals from the site.

6

Keep every decision traceable

Maintain an auditable record of who changed what, when it changed, and why.

One connected workflow means fewer handoffs, better visibility, and decisions your team can trace.

From estimating and tendering to procurement, field operations, and project controls — Buildiante keeps every team working from the same project context.

Security built into the workflow

Interconnected by design.Secure by architecture.

Construction projects involve sensitive estimates, commercial decisions, approvals, and operational records. Buildiante controls who can access, change, and approve that information throughout the project lifecycle.

Frequently asked

Questions before youget started.

A few of the questions construction teams usually ask before bringing their project workflows into Buildiante.

Still have a question?

Our team can walk you through the product and how it fits your current workflow.

What does Buildiante actually cover?
The core loop is seven modules: Quantity Takeoff (PDF and BIM), BOQ / Cost Estimation, Project Scheduling, Tendering & Subcontractor Bid Management, Procurement, Field Ops (Daily Diary, HSE incidents, Punch List), and Project Controls (RFI, Variations, Quality/NCR) for tracking changes and disputes. That's what this site is built to walk you through — talk to us if you want the full picture of what else is in the product.
Will my field crew actually use this, or is it too complicated?
The daily diary, incident, and punch-list forms ask for the same information your team already writes on paper or types into a group chat, just as fields instead of a blank note. Nobody logging a day from the field needs to know what a BOQ or a takeoff is.
What happens when there's a disagreement about a change?
Variations and RFIs are logged with a name, a timestamp, and a status — draft through approved or rejected, or asked through answered — and every transition writes to a tenant-wide audit log. If someone claims they were never told about a change, the record either backs that up or it doesn't.
Is my company's data isolated from other tenants?
Yes. Every record is scoped to your organization at the database level with Postgres row-level security, enforced independently of the application code as a second layer.
Can subcontractors submit bids without a full account?
Yes. Subcontractors get a scoped, expiring link tied to a single bid package — no login required — and submit priced responses directly against that package.
What does a BOQ approval actually lock in?
Approving a BOQ stamps who approved it and when, and moving it to locked makes sections, positions, and markups read-only. Every status change is written to an audit log with the before/after values.
Is pricing final?
Not yet — the tiers on our pricing page are illustrative while we finish Phase 1 with pilot contractors. Talk to us if you want early access ahead of general pricing.
